I didn’t really have inspiration for these pictures. I kinda just took a picture of my dog Thelma and we were assigned to take a picture of motion. So I figured this was a perfect example of motion. I was using the standard camera setting on my Google pixel XL camera. The lighting was only coming from my dining room light and the time of day was about six o’clock in the evening. There was no edits done on any of these pictures. The mood of this picture is joy and excitement even though the lighting makes it seem sad or gloomy. The location of these pictures is in my kitchen. I took these pictures by a happy accident, I was told I should use my dogs as my subjects in my photography. So one day I went upstairs to go get a snack and saw my dog and called her over so I could pet her. When she comes over she does this thing where she goes in a circle ultimately so you can scratch her butt. I decided to capture that in motion. I think the strongest point in this image is my dog and the blur of her moving. The weakest point in this image is my floor and my feet/pajama bottoms. Over all if I could change anything in this image I honestly wouldn’t. Just because this is capturing life and saving a memory for me so altering it in any way then I would be doing myself a disservice.
